Answer: The username is the first part of your student email address before the @sign. For instance, your email address is 'xy_cchk@ust.hk', then your username is 'xy_cchk'.
Question 2: Some students may have two email accounts in HKUST. If so, which one should student use?
Answer: In COSSET, you can only use the CCST email account. So students should enter the first part of their CCST email account to access the system.
Question 3: Password mismatched.
Answer: If the password you enter is not accepted by COSSET, you may try logging on into a CCST UNIX host to execute the command, 'ust_passwd', to synchronize your login and network passwords. This password propagation process may take 15 minutes to an hour.
Question 4: If students want to make some changes with their responses from their last submission, can they do that?
Answer: No, students can only do their course evaluation once for each course. Once they have submitted their questionnaire, they can no longer re-evaluate that course. Students should check carefully their answers before making a submission.
