Beethoven's piano sonata, Op.110; Scriabin's piano sonata, Op. 30;

Dr Lynn Rice-See is currently Professor of
Piano at Middle Tennessee State
University. Since her 1982 Carnegie Recital Hall debut, Rice-See
has appeared as
recitalist, concerto soloist, anc chamber musician in the United
States and in
Europe. She has appeared three times with Janacek Philharmonic Orchestra
in Ostrava,
Czech Republic. In the United States she has appeared as soloist
with the Gulf Coast
Symphony, the Huntsville Symphony, the Johnson City Symphony, and
the Kingsport
Symphony. Rice-See holds the Bachelor of Music degree from Peabody
Conservatory, the
Master of Music from the Juilliard School and the Docotrate of Musical
Arts from the
University of Southern California.
Tenor Oliver Lo is Associate Professor of Voice
and Director of Opera Theatre at
East Tennessee State University. Currently visiting the HKUST Center
for Cultural
Studies, he is teaching introductory courses on enjoyment of Western
Music. Lo is an
active recitalist and an enthusiastic opera educator. He graduated
from the Hong
Kong Academy of Performing Arts with distinction, and received his
Master's and
Doctor of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance and Literature from
the Eastman School
of Music, where he was a full-scholarship recipient.
